Catching Snowflakes

Just some winter fun!  Nothing like bundeling up and going out to catch a few snowflakes on your tongue!

Choo Choo Carter

Like most three year old boys, Carter loves trains.  So when his birthday came around and he asked for a Thomas cake I was not surprised at all. To go along with the train theme, we decided to visit a little cafe around here called Choo Choo Johnny's.
Choo Choo Johnny's is a cool little place where you sit up to a counter with train traveling around it that brings out everybody's food.  Carter was pretty excited about this!
 


After we ate our chicken fingers and such, the train came around again with a birthday treat for Carter.  I never knew three year olds could get embarrassed, but when the whole restaurant started to sing to him, he definitely was!

When we got home we enjoyed more birthday treats...



And then came our chance (Mine and Steve's) to re-live our childhood by giving Carter a Big Wheel!  We both have fond memories of our beloved Big Wheels and were quite giddy when we saw them at the toy store.  He has to grow into it yet, but I think it will be awesome fun come summer!
